Foretelling A Land Plot Dispute Case With A Creditor

I took on this case with Mr Jason in February 2023 when he entered a land plot dispute with his creditor.

Background Of Land Plot Dispute Case

Mr Jason got into a land plot dispute with his creditors and consulted me to get assurance for his decision with his creditor.

When Mr Jason consulted me for my services, I could sense that he had pretty much decided on his legal case with his creditors. He was confident that he would be successful if he proceeded with legal action against his creditor to recover his plot of land, which he had earlier pledged for a large sum of money.

When Mr Jason did not pay interest on the money borrowed, the creditor rightfully transferred the pledged land to his own after several months. Mr Jason argued that the transfer was illegal due to irregularities and was confident that these technical flaws would favour his case.

My Advice On The Land Plot Dispute Case

Mr Jason also told me that the creditor was willing to discuss and settle the matter amicably instead of going to court. However, he was not keen on this course of action and thus decided to consult me to reaffirm his decision.

Unfortunately, my reading and foretelling to Mr Jason in February 2023 was: “Between June 2023 and February 2024, your Venus says that you will justify every argument intellectually. But in reality, you will go down while thinking you are going upwards.”

I explained that the best option would be to seize the opportunity to talk to his creditor first instead of going straight for a court proceeding. I recommended finding an amicable solution, which would be better than taking action through the court. Unfortunately, Mr Jason finally decided against this and considered this an inferior option because he was confident he would win the case.

He proceeded to pursue the case and bring his creditor to court.

Final Verdict

As predicted, Mr Jason made the wrong choice in taking court action for this land plot dispute case. In November 2023, he learned that he had lost the case. Not only did he lose his land, but he also wasted money on his lawyers and had to repay his creditor for the legal fees.
If Mr Jason had heeded my message, he would have considered other options and discussed with his creditor to settle the matter without letting the case go to court. He may still have to pay some costs, but the loss would not be as hefty.

My Calculations On The Land Dispute Case

My calculations were all about timings. I calculated that Venus’ position was not good for court cases for Mr Jason during that period and advised him accordingly. Mr Jason believed he had the technicalities on his side, while the law saw it differently and awarded the case to his creditor.
